WHO DO I WORK WITH?
I work with adult individual clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, chronic illness, substance abuse, career concerns, and family and relationship issues. I also work with couples who are seeking to improve their communication skills. Many clients do not have the time to attend therapy in-person, or they live in remote areas and do not have access to therapists in their locale. Therefore, I provide online video therapy on a confidential (HIPAA compliant) website.
HOW CAN I HELP YOU?
I help my clients learn coping skills for dealing with anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. I also help my clients improve their communication and relationship skills. Additionally, I utilize motivational techniques so that my clients can make changes in their careers and lives. Most importantly, I provide empathy, compassion, and hope to my clients.
I use a variety of methods including Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Positive Psychology, as well as the above-mentioned motivational techniques.
